| Abstract: | Refineries with processing capacity of ten million dons per year are common occurrence, as many refineries are expanded and revamped. Since crude distillation unit (CDU) is taken as first plant of a refinery, the effect of HSE on design of the plant has to been considered and HSE consciousness has to been showed in design, after CDU became larger scale. |
