热导式氢分析仪的设计与应用

摘    要:氢气纯度测量在高压加氢装置中有所应用,需要根据工艺数据分析选定测量方法,以氢气及其背景气导热系数特征确定采用热导式分析仪测量氢气纯度。混合氢纯度降低,就会增加反应器结焦的趋势,降低反应器中的催化剂活性,从而影响装置产品的质量。充分考虑人员安全、高压装置特征,降低环境污染,对样气的提取、传输、处理、分析、排放等过程中的设计与应用问题进行了探讨,体现氢气纯度测量在高压加氢装置中具有重要意义。

Abstract:Hydrogen purity measurement is conducted in some high pressure hydrogenation unit.The test method is defined according to process data analysised.Thermal conductivity analyzer is determined to measure hydrogen purity based on the individual thermal conductivity character of hydrogen and background gas.The trend of coke forming in the reactor will increase with the decrease of purity of mixed hydrogen,and cause the reduction of catalyst activity,and affect the product quality of the unit.Considering operator’s safety problem,high pressure unit character and reduction of environmental pollution,the design and application of sampling,transporting,preparing,analysising and disposal for gas sample are discussed in detail.In conclusion,the hydrogen purity measurement is of great importance for high pressure hydrogenation unit.
