摘    要:综述了含油污泥污染现状和危害,阐述了我国含油污泥的污染现状及国内外含油污泥的处理技术和新技术的发展,介绍了我国含油污泥的污染控制标准。在以上分析的基础上,提出了我国应借鉴国外先进技术经验,并进一步资源化利用含油污泥,开发经济合理、技术可行、处理效果好的技术,并加强管理、促进含油污泥的"减量化、无害化、资源化"的处理、处置的建议。

Abstract:The pollution and potential harm of oily sludge was summarized, the situation of pollution and new development of disposal tchniques in China and abroad was illustrated, and control criteria of oily sludge in China was introduced. Base on the above analysis, it was proposed to learn advanced experience of foreign counties, further utilize the oily sludge as a kind of resources, develop economic and high efficient techniques, and strengthen management to realize the Reduce, Reuse and Recycle of oily sludge.
