Application of Framework Agreement in Instrument of Large Scale Refining and Chemical Integration Project

With the development of maximization,integration and intellectualization of the petrochemical project,the framework agreement has been adopted widely in large scale petrochemical projects at home and abroad.Based on the introduction of definition,purpose and characteristics of framework agreement,and knowledge such as contents and effects of document of agreement,the application of framework agreement in instrument specialty of petrochemical project is evaluated.The work contents of framework agreement used by instrument specialty in different implementation stages of the project is described with an example of a large scale refining and chemical integration project,and the successful experiences and notes are summarized as the references for similar projects in the future.
