磁性壳聚糖微球固定化果胶酶的研究

摘    要:利用共沉淀法制备壳聚糖微球(chitosan microspheres,CS),然后采用逐层自组装(layer-by-layer assembly,LbL)的方法制备了磁性壳聚糖微球(magnetic chitosan microspheres,M-CS),并用其固定果胶酶。分别研究了固定化果胶酶在水相介质中的pH和温度的稳定性。研究发现,固定化果胶酶的最佳反应pH为3.5,最佳反应温度为50℃。

Abstract:In this experiment,chitosan microspheres were prepared by in-situ precipitation method and then the pectinase was immobilized onto a new type of magnetic chitosan microspheres(M-CS) support from layer by layer approach. Various characteristics of immobilized pectinase such as the pH stability and thermal stability were valuated. Among them the pH optimum and temperature optimum of immobilized pectinase were found to be pH 3.5 and 50 ℃.
