压力仪表全自动检定和校准系统的开发应用

摘    要:以高性能压力控制器为核心硬件,结合多通道数据采样器和工控机等设备,针对智能压力仪表校准和检定的特点,研制并开发了压力仪表全自动检定及校准系统,实现了单套系统在满足精确度要求和计量检定相关规范的前提下,完成多台不同量程范围的智能压力表单程同步校准的功能。

Abstract:A pressure instrument automation verification and calibration system is designed and developed according to the characteristics of smart pressure instrument verification and calibration by using high performance pressure controller as core hardware,and is combined with multichannel data sampler and industrial computer and other equipment.The function of calibrating multiple sets of smart pressure instruments is realized with different calibration ranges synchroly only with one system in accordance with precision requirement and related metering calibration specification.
