石油化工可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计规范的应用体会

摘    要:针对可燃气体和有毒气体的定义,可燃气体检测点的设置范围,报警值的设定等,对GB 50493—2009和SH 3063—1999标准的差异性进行了比较和分析。从工程角度阐述了GB 50493—2009对可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计的新要求,实施新标准对工程设计的影响,着重介绍了现场声光报警器和气体报警监控系统的工程设计经验。在借鉴国内外监控系统设计方案的基础上,对石油化工装置火灾报警系统和气体检测报警系统合并设置的概念和工程实施过程中遇到的问题进行了总结和分析。最后,对火灾及气体检测报警系统(FGS)的安全度等级要求进行了探讨。

Abstract:The difference between GB 50493—2009 and SH 3063—1999 is compared and analyzed in respect of definition of combustible gas and toxic gas,setting range of combustible gas detection points,alarm value setting,etc.From engineering point of view,new requirements in GB 50493—2009 on design of combustible gas and toxic gas detection and alarm system,and the influence on engineering design for implementing new standard are introduced,and the practical engineering design experience of field audible-visual annunciator and gas alarm monitor system are emphasized.On the basis of referring to the design scheme of monitor system at home and abroad,the concept of integrated setting of fire alarm system and gas detection alarm system in petrochemical plant and existing problems in actual project implementation are summarized and analyzed.The safety integrity level(SIL) requirements of fire & gas detection alarm system(FGS) is discussed.
