换热器实时监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为保证大型循环冷却水系统的正常运转和连续生产,必须有效地对循环系统的结垢、腐蚀及水质等各项参数进行监测,从而评定出最佳的水处理方案。在换热器尺寸和循环水体积流量一定时,温度直接反应了循环系统的结垢情况。利用C#平台,开发了对工业现场中监测换热器参数的监控系统,实现了对监测换热器装置的各项数据的采集、显示和对历史数据的查询,并能绘制历史曲线和实时曲线。

Abstract:In order to ensure large-scale circulating cooling water system’s normal operation and continuous production,it must be effective to monitor the system’s scaling,corrosion and other parameters of water quality to define best water treatment program.The temperature directly indicates the scaling situation of the circulatory system under fixed heat exchanger size and circulating water flow-rate.A monitoring system is developed for on-site industrial monitoring heat exchanger parameters with C# platform.This system actualizes collecting,displaying,querying history data for all the related data for the heat exchanger for monitoring,and can draw history and real-time curves.
