16MnR(HIC)和16Mn钢中夹杂物和晶粒度的对比研究

摘    要:在正火+回火+PWHT(690±14℃保温8h)条件下,对16MnR(HIC)和16Mn钢中夹杂物的形态、分布和晶粒度等级情况进行对比研究。结果表明,16MnR(HIC)钢的晶粒度等级为9级,16Mn钢晶粒度等级为7.5~8级。16MnR(HIC)钢中夹杂物少于16Mn钢,夹杂物以细小的氧化物为主,有少量的硫化物,无硅酸盐类夹杂物,且氧化物呈独立分布,没有形成串状或网络状。

Abstract:A contrast research was performed of the forms,distributions,and grain sizes of the inclusions in 16MnR(HIC)steel and 16Mn steel under the condition of normalization +tempering +post-weld heat treatment for 8 hours at 690±14℃.The result shows that the grain size of 16MnR(HIC)steel is 9 degree,and the grain size of 16Mn steel is 7.5~8 degree.The inclusion in 16MnR(HIC)steel is less than that of 16Mn steel.The inclusion mainly includes thin oxide and a little sulfide,no impurities such as metasilicate,the oxide appears independent distribution,and does not form string or net form.
