| 摘 要： | 文章对循环流化床煤气化中变压吸附脱碳装置运行中出现的压缩机气缸水击、水环真空泵排气量低等问题进行了分析，得到了水环真空泵排气曲线，完成了缓冲罐设计计算并提出了改造方案，实现了变压吸附装置的平稳运行。

| Abstract: | Article analyzes several problems as compressor cylinder water hammer,low displacement of water ring vacuum pump on the operation of coal gasification circulating fluidized bed pressure swing adsorption decarburization device.Obtained exhaust curves of water ring vacuum pump to complete the design and calculation of the buffer tank and put forward the reform program to achieve the stabilized operation of pressure swing adsorption device. |
