摘    要:采用TG-FTIR、ATR-FTIR、DSC、DMA以及不同温度下的XRD研究F-12随温度升高导致的结构变化。结果表明:500℃以下F-12无明显分子结构的变化,温度主要对纤维的晶体结构造成影响,纤维结晶度在120℃左右开始随温度增加而上升,在350℃附近达到最大,受结晶度变化的影响,纤维的储能模量在180℃以下随温度有轻微上升,之后由于非晶相发生玻璃化转变,储能模量急剧下降。

Abstract:The structure change of F-12 with the rise of temperature was investigated by TG-FTIR, ATR-FTIR, DSC, DMA and XRD at different temperatures. The results show that there is no obvious molecular structure change under 500℃, and temperature mainly affects the crystal structure of the fiber. Its crystallinity begin to increase with the rise of temperature at about 120℃, and achieve the maximum value at about 350℃. Meanwhile, energy storage module of the fiber increases slightly with temperature under 180℃ due to the change of the crystallinity, then drops sharply due to glass transition of amorphous phase.
