摘    要:Pro/E有着强大的实体建模功能,ANSYS是大型的有限元分析软件但建模功能薄弱,斜齿轮结构相对复杂,选用Pro/E完成其三维建模,然后通过接口程序将模型导入到ANSYS完成斜齿轮的工程分析,得到相对精确的分析结果,为斜齿轮的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:Pro/E is powerful modeling software, and ANSYS is a finite element analysis software which limited modeling functions. The structure of bevel wheel is relatively complex, so the 3D - model was completed in Pro/E. Then, the 3D model was imported to ANSYS by the interface procedure, and the engineering analysis of bevel was done in the ANSYS. The result of analysis is relatively accurate and offers help for the optimize designing of bevel wheel.
