摘    要:碳纤维复合材料绳索具有重量轻,比强度高,比模量高等优异性能,笔者以环氧树脂E51,甲基四氢苯酐(METHPA),三叔胺基苯酚DMP-30和活性增韧剂6350组成的树脂体系为基体树脂,以碳纤维为增强材料,以聚氨酯为保护涂层,采用独特的制绳工艺,制成了高性能的碳纤维复合材料绳索。

Abstract:In this paper,a new type of rope is manufactured,which is made up of carbon fiber reinforcing epoxy resins composite and coated with polyurethane emulsion.The relation of the strength-utilizing efficiency and the twisting degree of the primarily-twisted product and the secondarily-twisted product is also discussed in this paper .The product has a lot of high qualities ,such as light weight, high tensile strength ,high modulus and low linear expanding cofficent in high temperature and low temperature ,it will replace the traditional rope in the future.
