钢筋调直机直齿轮系静态分析

摘    要:为了研究双槽辊输入轴转矩的变化对直齿轮传动的影响,运用SolidWorks对钢筋调直机传动机构进行建模,并使用ANSYS Workbench软件,对双槽辊输入轴施加转矩分别为2.472×107 N·mm、2.673×107 N·mm、2.874×107 N·mm以及3.075×107 N·mm时,对直齿轮系进行应力应变分析。模拟得出直齿轮系的应力、应变的大小及分布。

Abstract:A software called SolidWorks was used to generate a model of a transmission mechanism of a reinforced bar straightening machine in order to study the influence of dual-groove roller input shaft torque changes on the spur gear transmission. Furthermore, a software called ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct stress-strain analysis of the spur gear train when the applied torque on the dual-groove roller shaft was at 2.472×107 N·mm, 2.673×107 N·mm, 2.874×107 N·mm and 3.075×107 N·mm. The results of the simulation provided the size and distribution of stress and strain on the spur gear train.
