风电机组传动链建模及传动链频率分析

摘    要:传动链振动是风电机组的主要振动形式之一,对风电机组的传动链模型进行了理论分析,基于二质量块-轴模型的数学模型,在Matlab Simulink中建立了风电机组的传动链模型。对模型进行了仿真分析,对比了不同参数对传动链频率的影响程度。结果表明,传动链的固有频率随着传动链等效刚度的增加而增加; 随着风轮转动惯量的增加而减小; 传动链的阻尼越大,对风轮转速波动和固有频率的衰减作用越明显。

Abstract:The transmission chain is one of the main vibration forms of wind turbines. In this paper,there is theoretical analysis for wind turbines transmission chain the model,which is based on the mathematical model axis of two-mass and built up transmission chain model of wind turbines under Matlab Simulink software.Study simulated analysis for the models, compared the influence of different parameters on the frequency of transmission chain.The results have shown that the natural frequency of transmission chain is increased with the increase of equivalent stiffness and is decreased with the increase moment of inertia of wind turbines.The greater damper of transmission chain is,the much obvious of the attenuation effects for fluctuation speed and the natural frequency of wind turbines.
