综合PC机与LabVIEW技术的智能电机保护系统设计

摘    要:设计且实现了一种基于PC机与LabVIEW技术的电机保护系统,其具有智能控制、高速实时和数据测试、储存和多通道采集等功能。该系统通过NI采集卡采集电机信号状态(电流和电压值),对电机运行进行控制,基于计算机的硬件平台,充分利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器的强大数学算法,实现新型的智能控制,为电机保护提供科学依据。实验结果表明,智能控制系统具有高速、实时的数学计算能力,测试精度高、工作稳定可靠。

Abstract:The paper design and implementation a motor protection system based on PC and LabVIEW technology,it has functions of data survey,intelligent control,real-time and high-speed test and multi-channel data acquisition. The motor protection system can be made on the NI data acquisition card,the voltage and current has been control that PC platform and LabVIEW virtual software with mathematical arithmetic and intelligent control.The experiment results showed that the control system has calculated mathematical complicated and excellent performance.
