| 摘 要： | "街区住宅"兼有开放与封闭的特点,融合了居住、商业、文化、服务等多种功能,协调了住区与城市、居住与生活的关系.创造宜人的"街区住宅"必须改革城市规划的许多现有规定,摒弃封闭式的"居住小区"模式,将住区作为城市的有机组分,寻求住区与城市的交融.

| Abstract: | "Residential block" is possessed of both closed and open character, where exists coordination between habitation and living as well as block and city. Block involves function of residence, commerce, culture and service. For the amenity of residential block and assimilation between block and city, the block should be regarded as an organic component part of a city, many current regulations concerned with city planning should be changed and some modes of closed residential area should be abandoned. |
