基于振动测试的往复式压缩机的故障诊断

摘    要:往复式压缩机是各类生产企业中通用的动力设备,应用于冶金、矿山、船舶、机械制造等行业部门,尤其是在船舶上的应用更加广泛,往复式压缩机的故障诊断通常使用振动法,但由于其机械结构复杂、运动部件多、工作时振动激励源较多,发生的故障也是多种多样,因此往复式压缩机的故障诊断就相对较复杂。本文介绍了压缩机振动故障的几种基本形式和原因,并通过实例对压缩机故障进行了分析。

Abstract:Reciprocating compressor is all-purpose power equipment in each producing corporation.It widely used in metallurgy,mine,machine manufacture,especially in shipping.In shipping,fault diagnose generally use vibration test.But the machine is usually very complex because of it composed by many movement-parts.Fault located is also difficult by vibration test because of the vibration factor is complicated.This paper introduces several basic forms and the reason of the reciprocating compressor faults;it also takes an instance of reciprocating compressor fault to analysis.
