运行中回转式空气预热器的火灾预防与控制

回转式空气预热器一般布置在锅炉省煤器 30 0～ 4 0 0℃烟温的后部烟道 ,由于预热器上换热元件结构的特殊性 ,使得运行中的预热器有非常严重的火灾危险。本文对阳光发电公司现役的两种形式的回转式空气预热器的火灾控制进行了分析 ,提出防止着火的措施 ,并给出了预热器火灾发生的判断方法和灭火办法。

The Proposal for Proventing and Controlling Fire Disaster of Running Rotary Type Airheater

The rotary type airheater is generally arranged at the back flue pipe of the boiler coal economizer, where its air temperature is at 300～400℃. Because the particularity of the heat change parts of the airheater, the possibility of fire disaster of the airheater is very serious. The paper analyses the airheater fire control of rotary airheaters in Yangguang Power Company and introduces the measurements against fire. The paper also introduces the methods to predict the fire of airheaters and to put out the fire.
