| 摘 要： | 介绍造气因煤耗高,将煤种由贵州普通煤改为金沙优质煤的情况。改煤源后,因煤质好,调整工艺指标,使吨氨实物煤和蒸汽耗分别降低0.36t和0.50t,煤气炉产气量提高25%。

| Abstract: | Introduce gasifying of high quality coal from Jinsha coal mine to replace ordinary coal because of high coal consumption in the gasification unit.After changing of the coal source,the process indicators are adjusted,both physical quantity consumption of coal and steam consumption per ton of ammonia is decreased by 0.36t and 0.50t each,gas production is increased by 25%. |
