建设工程监管信息系统的设计与应用

摘    要:介绍了建设工程监管系统的产生背景,鉴于当前建设工程监管的现状与不足,提出了应用信息化技术加强建设工程监管的基本途径和方法;完成了对建设工程监管信息系统的总体框架设计与构建;讨论了建设工程监管信息系统各子系统的功能。以武汉建设工程监管为背景,介绍了建设工程监管信息系统中几个子系统的具体实现和应用情况,最后展望了建设工程监管系统的下一步开发及应用方向。

Abstract:The article introduces the background of supervision information system in construction project. Be- cause of the current conditions and disadvantages of the supervision in construction project, this study suggests ap- plying information technology as a basic approach and method to strengthening supervision in construction project. this study fulfills the framework design for supervision information system in construction project (SISCP), discus- ses functions of subsystems in SISCP. In the end, according to Wuhan supervision in construction project, the au- thors presents a discussion on the development realization process, function system and application of some subsys- tems in SISCP, and its future development.
