低碳钢在抚顺各典型地区土壤中的腐蚀行为

摘    要:采用埋片和电化学实验研究了常用结构钢20号钢在抚顺5种典型地区(东洲、望花、李石、露天矿、高尔山区)土壤中的腐蚀行为.研究表明,20号钢在5种土壤中的腐蚀速率不同,由高到低顺序为:李石农田区、露天矿区、东洲化工区、望花重工业区、高尔山区,其中腐蚀最严重的地区是李石农田区,年腐蚀速率为0.105 9 mm/a,约为高尔山区的10倍;电化学实验研究表明,20号钢在李石和露天矿区土壤中随浸泡时间延长形成锈层缓慢,锈层疏松不致密,且不连续、不稳定,对20号钢基材起不到保护作用,腐蚀较严重;而东洲化工区、望花重工业区及高尔山区土壤中20号钢表面能快速形成连续、致密且稳定的锈层,对基材起到保护作用,腐蚀较轻.

Abstract:The corrosion behave of 20 steel in the five typical soil(Dongzhou,Wanghua,Lishi,Lutian kuang and Gaoer mountain) of Fushun by indoor buried corrosion test and electrochemical test were studied.The research shows that annual corrosion rate of 20 steel different in five typical soil,from high to low is:Lishi,Lutian kuang,Wanghua,Dongzhou,Gaoer mountain,the most serious corrosion of the 20 steel in Lishi area soil,the annual corrosion rate is 0.105 9 mm/a,about 10 times as Gaoer mountain area.The electrochemical research shows the serious corrosion of 20 steel in Lishi and Lutian kuang soil,because the immerse hours of native rust film on the surface of 20 steel is slow,the rust film is loose,not compact,discontinuous and instability,and does not have protective function.On the contrary,a continuous,compact and stable rust film can be formed on the surface of 20 steel in Dongzhou,Wanghua and Gaoer mountain soil which is slightly corroded and has protective function.
