摘    要:石化行业是用水大户,在用水结构上,循环冷却系统补充水占石化企业取水量的45%左右。在目前的高循环倍数运行情况下,循环水补水的80%都用于蒸发消耗,如果能够将冷却塔的蒸发水回收,将大幅削减新鲜水用量。通过CRECT蒸汽回收装置在某石化循环水工业化试验项目的应用,探索冷却塔水蒸气回收的可行性,并介绍了该技术原理和工作过程。着重介绍了该技术适用条件和蒸汽回收比例,同时还探讨了该技术应用于回收冷却塔蒸汽的前景。

Abstract:Petrochemical industry requires a large amount of water for production.The supplementary water for the circulating cooling system accounts for about 45% of the total water intake of petrochemical enterprises in the water structure.In the present circumstances,80% of supply water is used in the evaporated water consumption.If the evaporated water can be collected and reused,it will drastically reduce the consumption of fresh water.This paper explores the feasibility of evaporated water recovery technology in cooling tower through application of CRECT evaporated water recovery unit in the industrial pilot project of petrochemical circulating water.It also introduces the technical principles and work processes of this technology.The paper highlights the applicable conditions for this technology and the recovery ratio.It also probes into the perspective of this technology applied to recover evaporated water from the cooling towers.
