液化气脱硫醇精制过程中硫醇钠氧化反应催化剂研究

摘    要:针对液化气Merox脱硫醇工艺中催化剂溶解于碱液中,容易造成催化剂聚集失活,碱液循环周期短,废碱液排放量大的弊端,本文制备了硫醇钠催化氧化负载化催化剂。通过催化剂催化硫醇氧化反应活性测定发现,负载化催化剂具有较高的催化氧化反应活性,在中性或碱性溶液中催化剂活性组分有部分流失,造成催化剂流失的原因是催化剂活性组分仅仅通过物理吸附沉积在载体的表面。并对催化剂的性质进行了SEM、XRD、UV-VIS表征。

Abstract:A supported catalyst for LPG Merox sweetening process was prepared and characterized by SEM, XRD and UV-VIS. Its catalytic performance and recycling use were also tested. The results showed that the supported catalyst had good activity, while poor anti-washing ability in neutral and alkaline surrounding. The SEM and XRD results proved that the active component just adsorbed on the surface of the carrier and easily slioped away from it.
