N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖插层膨润土纳米复合材料的结构和性能

摘    要:以钠基膨润土为躯体、羧甲基壳聚糖为插层剂,制备了插层膨润土纳米复合材料.利用红外吸收光谱(IR)、高透射电子显微镜(SEM)和X-衍射(XRD)表征了制备的插层膨润土纳米复合材料的表面性质、组织构造及晶体结构.结果表明:N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖成功插入膨润土片层间,并形成剥离型纳米复合材料.将制备的复合材料成功应用于含铜、锌金属离子的废水和舍亚甲基蓝、酸性蓝等有机印染废水的处理.结果表明:时铜、锌金属离子和有机印染废水污染物的去除率均达到95%以上,对有机废水的COD去除率大于75%.

Abstract:The intercalation bentonite nanocomposites have been prepared by the intercalation of carboxymethyl chitosan in sodium bentonite. Their surface property, structure organization and crystal structure were determined by IR, SEM and XRD, respectively. The results showed that the N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan has been successfully inserted into the inter layers of bentonite, and as a result, the stripped nanophase compound materials were formed.
