两种镁合金化学转化膜层的耐候性研究

摘    要:在相同湿度的自然气候条件下放置两种镁合金化学转化膜,研究了其耐候性差异.研究结果表明:草酸膜层容易在潮湿条件下生成类似白色网络状的花纹,而且不超过24 h;而磷酸盐膜层则生成白点,在72 h以上.延长烘烤时间,草酸盐转化膜的耐候性提高.

Abstract:Weatherproofing of two kinds of chemical conversion coatings presented in the same atmosphere humidities was studied. The results show that mesh-like white pattern on oxalate coating easily appeares in the same humidity below 24 hs, white spots on phosphate coating is, presented in excess of 72 hs. Prolong bake time can improve weatherproofing of oxalate coating.
