试论传统农业的特征——农业现代化问题研究之一

几千年的农耕历史所形成的传统农业，与现代农业相比，具有明显不同的特征。主要表现在劳动生产率、农产品的选择、生产技术的改进、生产工具的改良和解决土地与人口之间的矛盾等诸多方面。通过对这些特点的揭示和形成原因的分析，指出了我国农业从传统型向现代型转变所必须解决的一系列问题。

On the Characteristics of the Traditional Agriculture

Compared with modern agriculture, the traditional agriculture as a result of thousands of years of agricultural cultivation has distinctive characteristics which are shown in the labour productivity, the selection of agriculture product, the improvement and popularization of agricultural technology and tools of production, and ways to settle the contradictions between land and population. By revealing these characteristics and analyzing the reasons of their forming, the transforming process form traditional agriculture into modern agriculture and the problems to be settled are shown to us.
