The 21st century is an ear of information. As the 21st century is approaching, the ear of information is getting closer to us with sound steps. Information technology represented by network is becoming popular. Internet has been well sited in homes. However, there were peaks and valleys along with the development of network. Now, the construction of network is centered with application, but not seeking for now products, new techniques and large scale of network engineering. How an enterprise to set internet, such as the subjects of network technology, network planning, network model and choice of software and hardware, the author presents his own comments for discussion.
