提高王南沟区块固井质量技术研究

摘    要:王南沟区块是安塞油田近几年勘探开发的重点。针对该区块目的层含油水层、底水油藏、原油伴生气和地层压力不平衡而严重影响封固段固井质量的问题,研制成功了GJR早强、降失水水泥浆体系,突出早强、微膨胀和触变性,适当放宽降失水控制。已固井300口,固井一次合格率100%,优质率90.6%。

Abstract:Wangnangou Block has been one of the focuses for exploration and development in Ansai oilfield for recent years, yet cementing quality in this area is poor. Causes of interfering the zonal isolation are investigated, e.g., water-oil layers and bottom water reservoirs exist in the production zone, associated gas in the crude oil, and formation pressure imbalance, etc. According to these conditions, cement additive GJR of early strength and fluid loss controlling is added into the cement slurry so as to obtain such properties as early strength, minimal inflation and thixotropic behavior. This technology has been used in over 300 wells, and remarkable improvement on cementing quality has been achieved.
