摘 要: | 随着经济、技术的发展,消费者的需求变得日渐复杂。很多深层次的需求,连消费者自身都不能明确表达。本文就是在这样的背景下,研究消费者隐性需求产生的原因和不同阶段,提出了借鉴群体文化学的方法,并对其步骤进行了分析,希望设计能更好的满足人的需要。

Abstract: | With the economic and technological development,consumer demand has become increasingly complex.A lot of deep-seated need,even the consumers themselves cannot be clearly expressed.In such kind of background,the cause and the different stages of latent demand of consumers had been researched.We propose the method of reference culture of groups and analyses their steps,hoping to meet people’s needs better. |
