Capital Construction Project Quaity Manage and Control Policy Research

First,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of capital construction project quality in a college,which expresses the importance of engineering quality manage and control,then,expounds the control measures in design,impementation and operation in project quality manage with the review of the elements effect college basic construction project quality and combining with the set of raching and experments for the integrated hug project example and studies the methods and countermeasures of controlling capital construction project quality.
