干壳莲子物理参数试验研究

摘    要:对干壳红莲子、白莲子千粒重、含水率、三维尺寸、壳厚度、壳仁间隙等基本物理参数进行了测定。结果表明:在同一含水率条件下,莲子的外形尺寸均有一个分布集中的区间,不同位置间莲子壳厚度差别不大,对设计莲子初加工设备有参考价值。

Abstract:In this paper, some physical parameters of dry red and white lotus seed including the exferior size, clearance between shell and kernel of lotus seed as wellas moisture are tested and analyzed. It is indicated that at the same moisture, their sizes and the thickness of lotus seed shell,are centralized and clearance between shell and kernel is smaller than other's agricultural materials. These data may help to design equipment for processing lotus seed.
