| 摘 要： | 我国教育事业的改革与发展正处在一个关键性的历史时期，教师队伍的素质决定着教育质量的高低乃至教育事业的成败，加强和改进师德建设具有重要意义。文章详细分析师德的特殊性以及新时期师德建设的总体要求和主要任务，并结合职业院校教育的特点，提出了职业院校加强师德建设、制定师德规范的若干建议。
