| Abstract: | This paper provides a new ultrasonic machining method which combines the characteristics of traditional ultrasonic machining and rotary ultrasonic machining. This method is suited to machine brittle and hard material with large area and is called ultrasonic machining aided with tool rotary. The material removal model is also developed. |
