摘    要:以回收聚酯瓶为原料,通过对常规聚酯切片纺丝设备,如输送设备、螺杆、过滤器的改造,以及对干燥、预结晶、卷绕速度等工艺的优化,生产出再生纺POY长丝。丝的强度、伸长等物理指标较优,后加工性能较好。

Abstract:Taking recycle PET bottles as raw material,the technnical transformation was made on the conveyor,extruder screw,melt filter and process optimum was taken for drying,pre-crystallizing and winding.The polyster POY with acceptable tensile strength,elongation and good downstream processability was produced.
