| 摘 要： | 以旋转容栅编码器为例,简述容栅传感器的测量原理及其结构,分析容栅自身以及容栅芯片的特点,通过机械机构设计和容栅编码器后续电路设计,提高其工作可靠性,并应用于实际工程中.

| Abstract: | The measuring principle and the structure of the grating-shape capacitive rotary coder are introduced. Through the analysis of the characteristics of grating-shape capacitive sensor and the grating-shape capacitive sensor chip, we design the mechanical structure and the outer circuit to increase the working reliability. In the practical project, it has been used to measure the displacement. |
