汽轮发电机定子端部绕组电动力研究

摘    要:本文从便于工程实用的角度出发,把汽轮发电机定子端部的三维磁场简化为三个平面静磁场问题分别求解,详细计算、分析了稳态时定子端部绕组所受电动力的大小和分布规律。研究了某些短路情况下定子端部绕组所受电动力,提出了直接根据稳态解来计算三相突然短路时定子端部绕组所受最大电动力的工程方法。最后针对一台12MW汽轮发电机进行了计算和实测,结果基本吻合。

Abstract:The 3D magnetic fields of the end region of the stator in turbogenerators are simplified to three decoupled static ones in three different planes in view of engineering implementation. The three static magnetic fields can be solved respectively. The detailed results about the electromagnetic forces on the end windings of the stator for both steady state and some short circuits modes are carried out. An engi neering method for the computation of the maximum electromagnetic forces on the end windings of the stator in the case of L-L-L short circuit is given in terms of the solution of the steady magnetic fields. In the final, a 12 MW turbogenerator is discussed, and the computed results show agreement with the tested ones.
