SDH13钢的组织性能及热疲劳行为研究

摘    要:研究了钢的生产工艺对模具性能和使用寿命的影响。研究结果表明,普通工艺生产的H13钢模块含有大块状共晶碳化物,并且存在成分偏析,导致钢的冲击韧度降低,影响模具的使用性能。而采用高温均匀化和超细化等工艺处理SDH13钢,则消除了大块共晶碳化物,改善了偏析和碳化物的形态及分布,细化了组织,从而提高了模块的心部强韧性和模具的使用寿命。

Abstract:Effect of production process for the steel on property and service life of dies has been studied.The research results have shown that both bulk-shaped eutectic carbides and composition segregation in the H13 steel produced by conventional process will reduce the impact toughness of the steel and thus affect the usability of dies.In contrast,with SDH13 steel which has been high temperature homogenized and ultrafined the bulk-shaped eutectic carbides will be eliminated,composition segragation and shape and distribution of carbides improved on and structures refined.As a result,strength and toughness of die billet core and die life will be increased.
