小功率电力电子系统集成高频化研究

摘    要:电力电子系统集成理论将是本世纪电力电子技术发展的一个重要趋势。对于小功率电力电子系统集成而言,为了减小体积实现高功率密度以便于集成,高频化是必然的发展趋势。而高频化势必带来一些问题,其中最主要的问题是损耗增加,发热严重等,已经成为了高频化发展的一个瓶颈。本文主要对高频化的问题进行了一些研究和探讨,给出了一些相应的对策。并制作了一台1MHz的ZVS Buck变换器样机进行了实验验证。

Abstract:Power electronics system integration is a tendency in the development of power electronics this centuary. In order to reduce the volume and achieve high power density, high frequency should be applied. However, some new problems will appear when high requency is applied. Among them the increasing losses and the caused thermal problem are the main neckbottles for improving the frequency. In this paper, some issues on the high frequency charactersitics are studied and the relevant resolving methods are presented. An 1MHz ZVS Buck converter is built up to verify the analysis. .
