摘    要:基于SYSWELD的焊接分析功能,介绍了用数值方法研究激光动态焊接过程中温度场、应力场、应变场的变化情况。同时对焊接仿真中的热源问题从数学上进行了分析和探讨,在此基础上,结合整个焊接构件的实际工作状况对其仿真结果进行定性分析,有助于焊接工艺方法的改进,其分析方法对焊接领域中类似问题的处理也很有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The numerical analysis of temperature field, stress field and strain field during laser welding based on the welding analysis function of SYSWELD were introduced in this paper. At the same time key problems were analyzed and discussed on the heat source by mathematics method and the analysis results were qualitatively analyzed with the factual conditions of welding component. The above analysis method can provide a reference for the engineer to improve welding technology and treat the similar problems in the welding field.
