摘    要:组合结构的动力学分析中因存在高度非线性的接触边界而成为有限元分析中的技术难点。文中直接采用接触单元和非线性算法,对组合结构进行模态计算和接触状态稳定性能分析。在分析接触算法中影响组合结构刚度矩阵变化的因素、在何种程度下可以将组合结构线性化的机理的基础上,讨论组合体受预紧力时的组合模态、不同摩擦因数对组合结构模态的影响,进行不同预紧力下组合结构抗干扰能力的计算。通过该理论得到的规律和结论可以指导其他组合结构的动力学计算,并且排除以往分析方法由于使用人员不同、分析经验不一样而导致的计算结果随机性和不正确性,对组合结构的动力学分析提出新思路、新方法。

Abstract:Nonlinear contact boundary condition results that the dynamic analysis of composite structure becomes a technical difficulty in finite element analysis. A modal analysis and stability analysis of the contact behavior for composite structtae are provided, by directly adopting contact dement and nonlinear algorithm instead of the empirical method. Based on the factors that affect the stiffness matrix of composite structure when analyzing contact algorithm and the mechanics of linearized system, the modal of united construction under pretightening force,the influence of different friction coefficients for composite structure mode are discussed, and the anti-jamming ability of composite structure under different pretightening force is calculated. The conclusions and principles obtained can be taken as a guide for dynamic analysis for other composite structures. In addition, for the past analysis method, the randomicity and incorrectness of the calculation results, which are caused by different users and their different analysis experience, can be excluded. It breaks a new path and provides a new method for the dynamic analysis of composite structure.
