外加磁场对CO2焊接焊缝成形的影响

摘    要:针对CO2气体保护焊飞溅大、成形差的特点,利用外加纵向磁场控制CO2焊短路过渡.通过试验得出:在外加纵向磁场作用下,熔深减小,熔宽增加,焊缝堆高略有增加,焊缝大致成"宽而浅"的形状,明显改变了CO2焊短路过渡的焊缝成形.

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of large spatter and bad appearance in CO2 arc welding,experiment research about a rudiment attempt that control short circuiting transfer of CO2 arc welding with longitudinal magnetic field is carried out. The results show that under the applied longitudinal magnetic field,appearance of weld is wide and shallow,because depth of penetration decreased,width of penetration increased and surfacing height increased slightly. All in all,appearance of weld of CO2 arc short circuiting transfer is obviously changed by applied magnetic field.
