| 摘 要： | 介绍了天铁冶金集团二烧车间主烧结 1 2 0 0 0 m3/min风机的改造 ,通过技术改造 ,在不改变风机机壳及主体基础和电机基础的前提下 ,改变风机转子直径和叶片数量等参数 ,使风机全压由1 0 0 0 0 Pa提高到 1 4 0 0 0 Pa,流量由 1 2 0 0 0 m3/min提高到 1 4 5 0 0 m3/min,满足了烧结机的需要 ,取得了显著的经济效益

| Abstract: | The article introduces the renovation of 12 000 m+3/min fan for the main sintering machine in No.2 sintering workshop of Tiantie Metallurgy Group.With the prerequisite of keeping the fan casing and host foundation as well as the motor foundation, the full pressure of the fan has changed from 10+4 Pa to 14 000 Pa and flow rate from 12 000 m+3/min to 14 500 m+3/min through technical renovation,changing only the parameters,such as the diameter of fan rotor and vane numbers.The result of the renovation has met the requirements of the sintering machine and made obvious economic benefits. |
