吉林油田深层气井封堵工艺浅析

吉林油田深层气井由于地层压力高、温度高，打水泥塞时替量多，计量误差大，水泥塞侯凝时容易气侵等原因，常造成封堵失败。实践总结认为，对于不同流体性质的产层，采取不同的封堵工艺，可实现封堵成功。对于干层，替量准确，标准施工，可正常封堵；对于水层，可根据溢流量决定封堵方式；对于纯气层，在压井液中填砂后，打水泥塞，其厚度不小于40m，实现永久封堵等。针对不同目的层段的封堵工艺进行了分析总结，为封堵工艺的施工提供了借鉴。
