| 摘 要： | 建设工程合同索赔是影响工程造价的重要因素,加强合同索赔管理,有效控制索赔是非常必要的。在实际工作中,要掌握索赔的预控措施、索赔的处理程序、处理原则和审查方法,并准确分析索赔产生的原因,这些对控制索赔、控制工程造价具有主要现实意义。
