热镀锌渣是热镀锌行业产出的含锌废渣。利用这些废渣生产氧化锌，其杂质含量超标。研究了杂质含量超标的原因，提出了解决办法，并开发了新的生产方法。与传统坩埚法相比，锌直接利用率提高４％；燃料消耗降低３０％；可生产一级氧化锌。有极大的推广价值。

The Study on Improving The Quality of Zinc Oxide

Hot zinc-diping slag is waste slag produced in hot zinc-diping industry. At present, the impurities of zinc-oxide which is made of the waste slag is over standard. This study investigated why the impurities in zinc-oxide is over standard and developed new way. Immediate using zinc ratio of new way is 4% over old way. Fuel consume of new way is 30% below old way;Quality of zinc oxide of new way is higher than old way. First-rate zine oxide can be product by new way, so the new way have great valne of dissemination.
