接枝环境下丙烯酸丁酯自由基聚合反应动力学

摘    要:用膨胀计法研究了丙烯酸正丁酯在接枝体系中的聚合反应动力学。发现被接枝物SBS浓度低于某一数值时,聚合反应速率与SBS浓度无关。还测得在SBS浓度不大于0.27mol/L时,引发剂浓度、单体浓度对反应速率的级数分别为0.6和1.83。

Kinetics of Radical Polymerization of Butyl Acrylate in the Presence of SBS in Solution
Abstract:he kinetics of free radical polymerization of butyl acrylate (BA) in the presence of thermoplastic elastomer (SBS) has been studied dilatometrically in toluene at 90 ℃ ,with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiatorThe results indicated that the kinetics of BA polymerization was different from the classic kinetics of polymerizationAn initiator order of 06 and a monomer order of 183 were obtained for this systemsThe effects of the concentration of SBS were also studiedThe results showed the polyme rization rate was not changed when the concentration of SBS was not in excess of 027 mol/L
