摘 要: | 用膨胀计法研究了丙烯酸正丁酯在接枝体系中的聚合反应动力学。发现被接枝物SBS浓度低于某一数值时,聚合反应速率与SBS浓度无关。还测得在SBS浓度不大于0.27mol/L时,引发剂浓度、单体浓度对反应速率的级数分别为0.6和1.83。

Abstract: | he kinetics of free radical polymerization of butyl acrylate (BA) in the presence of thermoplastic elastomer (SBS) has been studied dilatometrically in toluene at 90 ℃ ,with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiatorThe results indicated that the kinetics of BA polymerization was different from the classic kinetics of polymerizationAn initiator order of 06 and a monomer order of 183 were obtained for this systemsThe effects of the concentration of SBS were also studiedThe results showed the polyme rization rate was not changed when the concentration of SBS was not in excess of 027 mol/L |
