| 摘 要： | 采用Mars5微波辅助萃取系统萃取洋葱油树脂,并采用GC-MS技术对其有效成分进行结构鉴定。研究表明,洋葱油树脂中除含少量挥发性成分外,主要是沸点较高的烷基硫代亚磺酸酯和烷基硫代磺酸酯、二硫醚、三硫醚等难挥发性树脂成分。

| Abstract: | The onion oleoresin was extracted by MAE system which was produced by CEM AMERICA. The chemical constituents and structure of onion oleoresin were analyzed by means of GC MS method . The results show that in addition to less composition of volatile compounds, onion oleoresin mainly contains alkyl sulphul sub - sulphur acid ester, alkyl sulphul sulphur ester, two sulfur aether, three sulfer aether and other resins . |
