基于虚拟样机和模糊推理的故障仿真预测模型

摘    要:为了克服由于试验和使用数据不足而无法获取足够的故障知识的问题,将虚拟样机作为一种新的故障过程仿真和定量推理方法引入到故障预测中,提出了基于虚拟样机和动态模糊综合评判的故障仿真预测模型.详细说明了基于ADAMS的虚拟样机建立方法,指出了传统模糊综合评判方法的不足,提出了基于动态模糊综合评判的故障预测方法.这样建立的故障仿真预测模型不仅能表达火炮的动态特性,还具备较强的数值计算及过程控制能力.

Abstract:To overcome the difficulties of acquiring enough fault knowledge from test and service data,virtual prototyping is adopted into fault forecast as a new fault state simulation and quantitative inference method.A fault simulation and forecast model based on virtual prototyping and dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward.The process for establishing virtual prototyping in ADAMS is discussed in detail.The deficiencies of traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are pointed out and a new fault forecast method based on dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.The model can not only express the dynamic characters for artillery,but also have excellent numerical and process control capacities.
