| Abstract: | Aiming at how to resolve different problems of construction of government-owned project, and combining with features of govern- ment-owned project, the paper states methods and focal points of safe and civilized construction of government-owned project from two aspects including management in site and people convenience measure, it points out that the safe and civilized construction may affect the life of industry and we must pay much attention to it. |
